A Pro subscription bought on either platform unlocks both. You can manage cancellation only on the platform where you originally subscribed, iOS in your App Store settings, web on your account page. Apple and Google take a platform fee on in-app purchases, which is why the web is the cheaper way to subscribe if you have the choice.
