narrlit is a digital subscription service that provides AI-hosted audio discussions and commentary about books. The service is operated by Filip Đorđević, an individual creator based in Belgrade, Serbia. The full postal address is available upon written request (“we”, “us”, “narrlit”). By creating an account or using narrlit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, email us immediately.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. When you delete your account, your profile and playback history are removed. Billing records required by law are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
narrlit offers tiered subscriptions (Listener, Free, Pro, $7.99/month or $79.99/year) and one-time book purchases at $2.99 per title. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any VAT or local taxes where applicable.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and issues invoices on our behalf. Your subscription begins on the date of first successful payment.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a new price, you may cancel before it applies and you will not be charged.
Cancelling a subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the already-paid billing period; after that you switch to the free Listener plan.
14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires it (including the EU and Serbia), you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of first activation. To exercise this right, email us at filip.djordjevic447@gmail.com. However, because narrlit is a digital service, by starting to use the service (unlocking any book or consuming more than the 90-second preview) you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and thereby lose the right of withdrawal for that billing period.
One-time book purchases ($2.99). Individually purchased books are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once playback passes the 90-second preview. If you believe a purchase was made in error or a book is broken, email us within 14 days and we will review case by case.
Books already unlocked. Any book you unlocked using a monthly token or a one-time purchase remains yours permanently, even after you cancel your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. If your account is terminated for a material breach, no refund is due.
narrlit presents original audio discussions and commentary about published books, as well as topic-driven episodes (Learn, Trend). The hosts are AI-generated voices; their scripts are generated using AI tools and curated by us before publication. We do not reproduce copyrighted book text as audio narration. Book titles, authors, cover images, and brief quotations are used under fair-use style commentary and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
All audio, scripts, transcripts, design, and software on narrlit are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription or unlock is active.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on narrlit infringes your copyright, send a DMCA-style notice to filip.djordjevic447@gmail.com including the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a signed statement of good-faith belief.
narrlit relies on third-party AI services across the production pipeline. You should assume that everything you hear and read on narrlit is AI-assisted:
AI output can contain factual errors, misattributions, or misreadings of the source work. We do our best to curate and correct, but you should treat narrlit episodes as entertaining commentary, not as scholarly citations. If you notice a significant error, please let us know at the contact email below.
The AI providers we use are bound by their respective enterprise / API terms and do not train their models on the inputs we send. No listener personal data is sent to any of these AI services, see the Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us and we will provide a credit or refund at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, narrlit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of narrlit after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply.
